Hi All,

Important Notice to our Members

Due to the continuing increase in the Covid-19 virus in Ireland we have introduced measures to help protect you our members, your families, our dedicated staff and our families.
Our office hours will remain as normal for the moment.

We must follow HSE Guidelines so we would appreciate your full co-operation for the foreseeable future.

If you are feeling unwell or have travelled from another country recently we would kindly ask you to stay at home and phone us or do your transaction online.

Only four members of the public will be allowed into the office at any given time. This is to comply with social distancing as per HSE Guidelines.

We will not be taking any further foreign currency orders for the foreseeable future.

Please use hand sanitizer when you enter the building and again when you are leaving the building.

When you approach the staff member serving – please advise the staff member of the transaction you want carried out – then take a step back until the staff member processes the transaction and then the staff member will call you forward when the transaction is completed.

Please note we can take debit card payments over the phone for budget accounts and loan accounts.
If anyone wants to register online they can do so at www.kellscu.ie.

We will continue to take loan applications and process same but all loan applications will be over the phone. We will have extra staff manning our phones so if there is any query you have please do not hesitate to contact us.

The Management and Staff want to take this opportunity to thank all our members for their understanding and co-operation during this difficult time. Please note any changes to anything will be posted on social media and our website immediately so please be sure to follow us on Facebook, Instagram and TwitterIt is incumbent on everyone to play their part in the fight against Covid-19.

Stay Safe Everyone and Thank You.
