We are conscious some members my wish to minimise time spent in our office or to avoid visiting our office to carry out transactions over the coming weeks. To help provide our services to members we wish to advise you of the following:


  1. Phone:

If you wish to carry out a transaction over the phone please call us on 046 924 0299. We can take debit card payments securely over the phone to allow the member make a loan repayment. This service is available during our office hours.


If registered to CU Online, you can log into your account as normal.

If you wish to register for CU online access, please do so on our website, Please note it may take up to 5 working days to receive both your PIN and Password, both are required for you to log in securely.


Express lodgement box – is available in the Credit Union to allow members minimise their time spent in our office. Envelopes and lodgement slips are available in the Credit Union

Please note all electronic payments e.g. standing orders will be processed as normal

Anyone who has been to an affected region in the past 14 days AND is experiencing symptoms or anyone who has been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 in the last 14 days AND is experiencing symptoms, please visit for more information
