How do I apply for a loan?

Members can apply for a loan by phone, email, online through CUOnline or by calling into our office at Headfort Place, Kells to collect a loan pack.

Can I apply for a further loan before I repay my current loan?

Yes, you can apply for a top-up loan at any time; you don’t have to repay one loan before applying for another. If your new loan is based on a different interest rate, our system is enabled to run two or more loans on the same account at the same time.

How do I repay a loan?

You can repay your loan by direct debit, wage deduction, electronic funds transfer or by calling into our office. There is also an Express Lodgement facility located in our front office.

Are there any other additional or hidden costs?

Apart from the loan interest, there are no other costs, fees or charges.
